Representation of Age: Skins

As skins begins, a shot of the character; "Tony" is shown as himself with no clothing. While he is excercising  as well as looking at himself in the mirror suggesting his lifestyle to the audience. He hs a neat and tidy room with lots of clothes. This connotes that he takes care of himself as well as having a good life compared to others. Tony's parents are the stereo-typical parents of an average teenager. They dislike the music played as well as Tony pulling pranks and tricks on the father. This creates humour for the audience.
