The Walking Dead Character Analysis

Rick Grimes: The character wheres a uniform suggesting an authoritive figure to the audience and other characters. The camera angles used on the character create tension and some are low looking up to suggest this authority to the audience even more making them feel included in the action with the character leading them. The scene with the horse suggests a heroic figure as the panning camera angles used as well as the old western approach to the hero theme. The character has been represented as strong willed through trying to find his family throughout. The audience feel like they have been with Rick the whole time as from the first scene you're with him involving them more.
